This is a 400 sqft traditional adobe and wood constructed studio. The full bathroom is a short distance away, surrounded by wildflowers and set below the ground level to help with strong heat waves during summertime, and (unseen) watermains that lead to an above-ground collection area to minimize flash flood events. Some special interior features include: the stove and cooksurface are made of adobe, fed by a rocket-stove type entrance. Ample kitchen and bedroom space with room to gather, cook, feast, and store ingredients. Not designed for family living.
