    • Honing the conceptual design elements, programming, computerized plans with phasing​ if applicable

    • Zoning, Code, and ADA Compliance Analysis

    • Cost Estimator Coordination

  • Permitting Documents

    • Sheet set that includes site plan, foundation plans, floor plans, roof plans, exterior elevations, building sections, interior elevations and basic construction details

Services include:

  • Conceptual Design 

    • Diagrammatic Design with low-level site analysis

    • Color Scheme that coordinates yard lighting, natural lighting, and varieties of plantings

    • Design elements and programming including areas for gardens, farming, greenhouse, ponds, animal yards, stables, meditation gardens, and walking trails

    • A schedule of native existing and new plants and how to maintain them over the seasons​

    • Excavation and Construction phasing based on seasons and budgetary needs

Site Analysis and Landscape Design can be bundled as a single service if requested.

Site Visits:

  • Budget-Oriented

    • Site visits would be dependent on budgetary constraints. If budget dictates a single site visit, then a time cap will be utilized for a single day visit, excluding travel time, including gas used calculated with mileage.​​

      • If more information is needed, client will receive one complementary visit.​

  • Needs-Oriented

    • Site visits would be dependent on knowledge needed to finalize documents. If the Design Needs dictates multiple site visits, they will be scheduled for short periods of time for a designated time period, including travel time and excluding mileage.

      • Ex.: 2 hour site visits scheduled twice a week for two weeks.​
